Youth	Small Groups
Leadership Responsibilities: Meet Wednesday's on a weekly basis to be used as a sponsor. Help build relationships in the group, and take youth "under your wing" as you walk through life with them. Commitment: Every Wednesday evening 7-9pm @ SCC & Monthly co-operative events on Friday's from 7-10pm Contact: Rob Rousseau (Youth/Worship Pastor) at rrousseau@springbankchurch.com or 242.3431 ext 223.	Leaders Responsibilities: Help lead or facilitate a small group. Commitment: Determined by particular small group; meet with the group at the agreed times. Music & The Arts	Nursery
Worship Team Member Responsibilities: Attend practice and lead in worship on a two-weeks on/two-weeks off rotation. Commitment: Thursday nights, 7 pm - 8 pm & Sunday mornings. Caregiver Responsibilities: Care for children in the infant or toddler nursery during the Sunday services. Commitment: On a rotation as scheduled. Hospitality	Hospitality
Greeters Responsibilities: Staff the Info Centre 15 mins before & after the Sunday services; watch for new comers & help them with information about the church, illumiNATION etc.; take newcomers to an usher for seating; be available for any and all questions from new people about the church and its programs. Commitment: two-four week on/off rotation as scheduled (well in advance) Contact: Ray Cobb (Spiritual Formation Pastor) through the church at 242.3431 or rcobb@springbankchurch.com	Ushers Responsibilities: Seating congregation prior to service, helping latecomers find seats, handing out bulletins, collecting offering, counting those in attendance. Ushers should be in place 15 mins before the service. Hospitalitylity
